Designation: Zonal Head – Sales, Delhi
- Manage business KRAs in the Zone assigned
- Manage a team of S.B.H/T.H in the assigned Zone
- Deliver overall Revenue & Collections targets budgeted for the assigned Zone
- Ensure team members achieve KRAs.
- Develop the market and team members for future expansion and growth
- Hold effective and productive seminars to generate sales
Knowledge & Skills required by the job holder to perform the job:
- Should have worked with an established K-12 B2B organization for at least 5 years.
- Should have got promoted twice internally in a B2B K-12 company.
- Should have a track record of good performance.
- Candidate’s base location should be the same in his current assignment.
- Fluent in communicating in Hindi/English & Regional Language (If applicable)
- Should have done presentations/workshop/seminars to generate sales in any of his/her previous assignments.
- Very high on presentation skills
Minimum Qualification Required: MBA/PGDBM
Range of Experience Required: 10-15
No. of people reporting: 4 – 5 (Expandable based on business traction)
If travelling is required, no. of days in a month job-holder has to travel: 10
